Spend $20 or more in the contiguous United States and free standard shipping is all yours! 

All other rates vary- find out at checkout

PARCEL SELECT SUREPOST- 1-6 business days

UPS GROUND- 1-5 business days

UPS SECOND DAY AIR- 2 business days

UPS NEXT DAY AIR- 1 business day

INTERNATIONAL- options will vary- find out at checkout

Shipping Notes

All orders ship Monday through Friday from St. Paul, Minnesota. Processing takes 1 business day

Personalized items take 3-5 business days to process

Orders placed after 8 am CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday

We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays

All prices are in US dollars

Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility

UPS can't deliver to PO boxes- a valid street address is required

Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Email support@gartnerstudios.com right away and we'll do our best! Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse.

Our Return Policy

Items must be in original condition with the packaging intact to be refunded

Please reach out to our support team if any items arrive damaged before sending back to us

Returns must be within 30 days of the order date

We don't currently cover the cost of return shipping

We're not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender- so check that info twice

Personalized items are not returnable

We will refund your account within 1 business day of receiving it

Shipping costs are not refundable 

Include your packing slip or order receipt so that we can identify your order
