By E-mail: Orders may be e-mailed to orders@mara-mi.com. Please include your customer number, business name and address, and item numbers to speed processing and ensure accurate delivery.

NEW CUSTOMERS: New customers must submit a completed Mara-Mi credit application and state sales tax exemption number.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS: Minimum opening order is $250. Minimum reorder is $100 and is subject to a $5 handling charge. Individual products may be subject to minimum quantities.

PAYMENT OPTIONS / CREDIT TERMS: With approved credit, we will ship your order on open 30-day account. Credit approval generally requires 10 business days after receipt of a signed credit application. We also accept Visa and Mastercard, and require first-time customers to use this method of payment. We do not accept COD orders. Payments must be in U.S. currency. All international orders must be prepaid.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE: All accounts that are extended thirty days terms are expected to be paid on or before their due date. Please do not hesitate to contact our accounts receivable department with any questions.

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped FOB, Hudson, WI. We generally ship orders within 48-hours by ground carrier. Next-day air and other expedited delivery services are available at additional cost. Shipping charges are added to the invoice. Please call customer service for information on orders shipping outside the continental United States.

RETURNS & DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: We gladly replace defective merchandise with the same or like merchandise when notified within 10 days of receipt of order. We will also gladly replace or credit for shipping mistakes when notified within 10 days of receipt of order. We are unable to honor claims not made within 10 days. We may accept returns of other stock merchandise only with our advance authorization and subject to a 15% restocking charge. Whenever returning merchandise, please contact us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of each package. Returns without RMAs are refused and deductions from invoices without authorization may cause the account to be placed on hold. Mara-Mi limits its warranty for defective merchandise to return and replacement of said merchandise. We are not liable for any other damages or claims.
